Soup to Nut Productions is Sergio and Tiffany Alfaro. We operate through InventTV, our production company.
Since 2012, we've produced series, specials, and live events for the world's leading networks and streamers — Apple TV+, HBO, Peacock, Bravo, OWN, Lifetime, WETV, Telemundo, and more. The through-line is a bar for what a show should be: culturally impactful, well made, and delivered on budget.
02 — Sergio Alfaro
Sergio is the President and CEO of InventTV, and an Executive Producer committed to making culturally impactful content for leading networks. He is responsible for the development and production of original programming that spans live events, specials, and critically acclaimed reality series.
Having worked with a variety of budgets — from Snapchat's Bringing Up Bhabie to The Rachel Zoe Project — Sergio knows how to cover the stories in a manner that brings in viewers without burning the budget. His personal Executive Producer credits include Bravo's The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City (104 episodes), Lifetime's Dr. Pimple Popper: Breaking Out, Peacock's Preaching Evil: A Wife on the Run with Warren Jeffs, WeTV's This Is Poly, Animal Planet's Into Alaska, OWN's Chad Loves Michelle and Gabrielle Union: My Journey to 50, Bravo's Southern Charm New Orleans, El Rey's Cutting Crew, and TV One's In Broad Daylight. Separately, through his company InventTV, Sergio provides production services to Harpo Productions and OWN on Oprah Winfrey projects — including Oprah with Harry & Meghan. Earlier in his career he line-produced LA Ink, BBQ Pitmasters, and The Rachel Zoe Project.
In 2023 he broke records on Telemundo with the 72nd Miss Universe pageant, taking on the arduous task of producing three live shows in four days in a third-world country. He and his team far exceeded expectations and garnered an unprecedented 122 million total engagements across platforms.
His experience across sales, finance, development, and distribution lets his team rest at ease knowing he is behind them to ensure the project is not only epic but also budget-friendly.
Board & Leadership
Live Events
Sergio's career began in 1998 stocking dressing rooms with beverages and towels for performers on NBC's Motown Live — and cleaning up after the show. Within a year, Ken Ehrlich promoted him to coordinator, and Sergio realized entertainment could be a career. Over the next decade at AEG Ehrlich Ventures / Ken Ehrlich Productions through 2008, he worked his way up through live-event production, earning credits on the Primetime Emmy Awards (Associate Producer, 59th; Line Producer, 60th) and the 2009 Presidential Inaugural — The Neighborhood Ball and Kids' Inaugural: We Are the Future. That live-event résumé — the discipline of a show that has to go right the first time, on the air — became the foundation for the unscripted television work he does now through InventTV.
03 — Tiffany Alfaro
Tiffany started her career directing The Dream Street Foundation, and has been recognized as a woman who inspires. Her work has been published by Randi Zuckerberg Media.
She has developed projects with Morocco Junction Entertainment and MME at All3Media. Tiffany is currently Vice President of Development at InventTV and Co-Founder of The Alfaro Do Good Foundation.
